Personal Training

Personal training sessions are one hour in length and offered to two groups of clients.

  1. For those who are interested in getting into shape by starting a new exercise program for weight loss or fitness purposes.
  2. For those who suffered from an injury or are recovering from an injury, but do not feel confident in starting their exercise routine. These sessions are offered by physiotherapists or rehab assistants to assist the patient along the recovery road. The sessions help develop an exercise routine without aggravating the condition.
