Free Meditation Workshops at Unique Rehab

Unique Rehab is happy to announce a new community service initiative: free meditation workshops.

The first program will run October 8-11, 2015 at our North York office.  This one hour program beginning at 7:00 pm will teach participants the basic principles and techniques of meditation.  Although we encourage you to participate on all three days, it is not mandatory to do so. Anyone is welcome to attend although we ask that you call us in advance to confirm your participation.
